Accommodation Available at Ashburton Guest House, Newport, South Wales
Ashburton House has five rooms available to guests. To find the accommodation that suits you best, please take a look at our room descriptions below. Please note: all of our rooms are non-smoking.
Room 1
This compact single room will perfectly suit a single traveller.
Room 2
This is a perfect family room containing both a double and a single bed.
Room 3
This room offers a variety of options including twin beds or triple beds.
Room 4
This room is fully en-suite and can be set up with either a double bed or twin beds according to preference.
Room 5
This ground floor room is a twin room which can be converted to a double as required, In addition, this room has access to a small outside decking area suitable for smokers.
All of our rooms have remote control colour televisions, tea and coffee making facilities and central heating. A hair dryer, iron and ironing board are also available on request. We also have a high chair and travel cot available for guests with a baby.
All our rooms can give you unlimited access to WiFi Broadband for a small weekly charge and we also have freeview digiboxes available for a small rental charge.

All of our rates are per room per night and include a full English breakfast.
We offer the following reduced rates for children sharing a room with two adults:
Babies in arms - Free of Charge (we have a travel cot and high chair available for your use).
Children - 3 years to 5 years £5.00, 5 years to 10 years £7.50, Over 10 years £10.00
Children aged over 14 will be charged at the adult rate.
