Situated within walking distance of the City Centre, railway and Bus Station. Ample on street parking. Front door (33’’ wide) approached through garden gate (30’’ wide).

There is one step down into the breakfast room. Room service for breakfast will be provided if required.

There is one ground floor family bedroom with a wash hand basin.

1st floor split level with four steps.

Good colour contrast to floor, walls and doorways. Corridors are well lit day and night.

All rooms clearly signed with raised numbers.

Large bathroom on first floor with corner bath, separate shower cubicle, hand wash basin and WC. Second WC and hand wash basin.

One en-suite bedroom with small bathroom. Other bedrooms have wash hand basin.

All rooms have remote controlled colour televisions, some with teletext. Tea and coffee making facilities, most with cordless kettles.

Assistance dogs welcome.

Assistance with luggage given as required.
